    • Day-1
      Arrivalin Chennai –Mahabalipuram
      On arrival at Chennai, you will be met, assisted and drive to Mahabalipuram - the major seaport of the ancient Pallava kingdom based at Kanchipuram, and a wander round the town’s great, World Heritage–listed temples and carvings inflames the imagination, especially at sunset. On arrival at Mahabalipuram, check-in at the hotel. Afternoon excursion to Kancheepuram - Kanchipuram, also known asKanchi, is an ancient city in southern India’s Tamil Nadu state. Considered a holy pilgrimage site by Hindus, it is home to many temples. The 8th-century Kailasanathar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is a vast complex with intricate sandstone carvings. Ulagalanda Perumal Temple houses a huge statue of Lord Vishnu. Evening back to Mahabalipuram. Overnight stay in Mahabalipuram.

      Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
      Today post breakfast, check-out and proceed for the Mahabalipuram sightseeing which includes the Thirukadalmallai, Shore Temple, Pancha Pandava Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, Caves, and Krishna’s Butterball. Later in the afternoon, drive to Pondicherry. On arrival at Pondicherry, check in at the hotel. Evening free for individual activities. Overnight stay in Pondicherry.

      Sightseeing in Pondicherry
      Today post breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing of Pondicherry, starting with Aurobindo ashram - Founded in 1926 by Sri Aurobindo and a French-born woman known as ‘the Mother’, this spiritual community now has about 1200 members who work in the ashram's many departments. Also, cover church of sacred hearts of Jesus and a must-visit attraction of Pondicherry – Auroville. Evening you can explore the local streets, markets and French colonies of Pondicherry.       – Pondicherry – Madurai
      Today post breakfast, check-out and drive to Madurai. On arrival at Madurai, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for individual activities. Overnight stay in Madurai.

      Today post breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing, visit Tirumalai Nayak, Koodal Azhagar Temple and witness evening prayer ceremony at Meenakshi Temple. Evening free for individual activities. Overnight stay in Madurai.

      Madurai – Rameshwaram
      Today post breakfast, check-out and drive to Rameshwaram. On arrival at Rameshwaram check in at the hotel. Later in the afternoon proceed for half day sightseeing of Rameshwaram. The entire island of Rameshwaram is associated with various incidents from the Ramayana… it is said that Lord Rama gave thanks here after his battle with the demon king Ravana. Visit the Ramanatha Swamy Temple. This masterpiece of Dravidian architecture boasts the largest temple corridor in India. Visit the Agnitriham Tank ... ideally, a bath at Agnitriham precedes a visit to the Ramanatha Swamy Temple. Also visit the Ramjharoka Temple. The imprint of Lord Rama's feet is placed on a chakra in this temple, at the highest point of the Island of Rameshwaram. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

      Rameshwaram –Kanyakumari
      Today post breakfast, check-out and drive to Kanyakumari. The Arabian Sea, the Indian Ocean and the Bay of Bengal merge at Kanyakumari. It is an important pilgrimage center for Hindus. On arrival at Kanyakumari, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for individual activities. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

      Sightseeing in Kanyakumari
      Today post breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing of Kanyakumari, visit Kumari Amman or the Kanyakumari Temple, located on the shore. It is dedicated to a manifestation of Parvati. Swami Vivekananda is said to have sat in deep meditation here. Visit the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial built in 1970. Also visit the Gandhi Memorial, built on the spot where the urn containing the Mahatma's ashes was kept for public viewing before immersion. Overnight stay at Kanyakumari.

      Kanyakumari - Departure from Trivandrum
      Today post breakfast, check-out and drive to Trivandrum. On arrival at Trivandrum, you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport for return flight back home.
